A new and exciting upscale dance revue is scheduled to open in the fall 2009 in a prestigious location in Miami Beach, Florida. We invite young, enthusiastic and artistic dancers willing to commit to six performances per week. Only 12 highly talented dancers will be selected. Young graduates from ballet schools are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide choreography, rehearsals, beautiful theater, and professional production team.

Technical Support Specialist
Rosco Laboratories, a leader in the entertainment industry, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment with loads of customer contact this position is right for you. You should have an excellent telephone manner and good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical questions via phone or e-mail in timely manner
  • Process dealer purchase orders
  • Direct dealer support for all Rosco products
  • Maintain and update technical information
  • Provide pricing information and quotations as needed
  • Interface with Sales force-provide leads from Tech Support calls

Qualifications:

  • Theatrical or film production experience a must
  • Previous Technical Support or Customer Service experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
