Theater Services Guide (THE SITE) is owned and operated by CENLYT Productions-ms designs (CENLYT, US, WE, OUR, OURS) and provides THE SITE for free to its visitors for use as a directory for businesses and individuals (THE BUSINESS, YOU, YOURS) who provide products and services to the entertainment industry. CENLYT will place an individual and/or business listing on THE SITE subject to the following:

1. The services or products provided by THE BUSINESS must be related to the entertainment industry. No exceptions.
2. The listing must be submitted on the form provided.
3. The form must contain all the information requested.
4. Once received, the information is subject to verification by CENLYT via a separate email. Submissions which cannot be verified will not be added to THE SITE.
5. Once verified, CENLYT will post the information to THE SITE within:¹
   1. Free Listings with 72 hours,
   2. Paid Listings within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
6. The renew anniversary date of a paid listing shall be the date the listing is posted to THE SITE, not the day the listing submission is received.
7. Renewal payments for paid listings shall be made within 15 days of the renewal date. Listings shall be removed in the event a payment is not received on time or which is cancelled or returned. Invoices for listings shall be sent by email. ^{2 3}
8. Once a paid listing is posted to THE SITE, in the event THE BUSINESS cancels the listing, NO REFUND SHALL BE ISSUED.
9. CENLYT shall only link listings to THE BUSINESS whose web sites can be classified as "Kid Safe" by SafeSurf and/or ICRA.
10. CENLYT reserves the right to refuse to place a listing for any individual or business which CENLYT has determined is not related to the entertainment industry, may be considered offensive (at CENLYT's discretion) promotes hatred, violence, illegal or immoral activity, the use of drugs or alcohol, or links to another site which violates any of these conditions. Further:
    1. CENLYT reserves the right to refuse any listing without explanation at CENLYT's sole discretion.
    2. CENLYT reserves the right to place a "Leaving Our Site" redirect link between THE SITE and THE BUSINESS site stating, to the effect, "You are leaving Theater Services Guide and going to a site beyond our control. We are not responsible for its content and usability."
    3. CENLYT reserves the right to remove a link to THE BUSINESS site or remove THE BUSINESS listing if it is determined that the content of THE BUSINESS site has changed and does not conform to the conditions above.
    4. CENLYT reserves the right to edit the content of the BUSINESS description including, but not limited to: removal of web or email addresses, phone numbers or other contact information, offensive or inappropriate language, simply reduce the length of the content, or any other edit deemed necessary before posting said information.  (Added 2008.05.24)
11. CENLYT WILL block from Theater Services Guide the IP addresses and/or HTTP address of any listing submission that is obviously spam, of a nuisance nature, or submitted in such a way as to circumvent any security settings designed to prevent fraudulent submissions. (Added 2008.02.28)
12. THE SITE's availability and functionality is subject to all limitations of the Internet, the server on which the site is hosted, all connections thereto/there from, and a Site visitor's browser and/or operating system.
13. CENLYT makes no warrantees or guarantees, expressed or implied, that by placing a listing on THE SITE, THE CUSTOMER will increase site visits, sales, or page views.
14. THE BUSINESS agrees to immediately notify CENLYT in the event there is any change in the status of THE BUSINESS including, but not limited to: change of Contact Person, Contact Email, Postal Address, Web Address, or product or service. In the event CENLYT cannot contact THE BUSINESS, THE BUSINESS's listing shall be removed.
15. THE BUSINESS agrees to indemnify and save harmless CENLYT, its agents and employees, from any action resulting from THE BUSINESS placing a listing on THE SITE.
16. Applicable Laws (Added 2008.03.28)
    1. All matters relating to your access to and use of the Site or disputes regarding any submitted listing shall be governed by U.S. federal law or the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, City of Pittsburgh or a federal court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, City of Pittsburgh.
    2. If there is a determination that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
17. The Terms and Conditions contained herein are subject to change without notice. (Added 2008.03.28)

BILLING INFORMATION

All ads purchased are subject to the following payment Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Directory, Additional Category and Enhanced Listings are billed annually and due in full before the ad is placed.
2. Top Of Page Sponsor ($25.00/month) and Page Sponsor ($20.00/month) are billed annually, currently $300.00 and $240.00 respectively, and due in full before the ad is placed.
3. All site wide ads: Above the Navigation, Top and Bottom Banners, and all ads in the right column, are billed according to the option selected by the purchaser:
   1. Monthly Billing - No Discount
   2. Quarterly Billing - 2.5% discount off ad total, e.g.: $400.00/month ($4,800.00 annually) Top of Page Banner = $4,680.00 annually, $1,170/quarter. Save $120.00.
   3. Semi-Annual Billing - 5% discount off ad total, e.g.: $400.00/month ($4,800.00 annually) Top of Page Banner = $4,560.00 annually, $2,280/semi-annual. Save $240.00.
   4. Annual Billing - 10% discount off ad total, e.g.: $400.00/month ($4,800.00 annually) Top of Page Banner = $4,320.00 annually. Save $480.00.
4. All payments are due net 15.
5. For electronic payments, the purchaser will have the option to pay using either PayPal or Google Checkout.
